Shipping
We have an 11 am cut-off for same-day dispatch. Orders placed before 11 am, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 11 am are dispatched the following business day.
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (except bank holidays).
Orders 1.75 kg or less are sent via Royal Mail:
Royal Mail – 2nd Class: Typically 2–3 working days.
Delivery days are Monday–Friday. All orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Royal Mail Tracked Deliveries: Royal Mail’s working days are Monday to Saturday. The 2nd Class Tracked option is usually 2–3 working days, but this service can take up to 14 days.
Though we are not able to replace any parcels until this 14-day period has passed, please let us know if it has been a week since receiving your dispatch confirmation email, and we can follow up with Royal Mail. It may also be worth checking at your local post office depot in case your parcel has been taken there and the parcel card has been lost.
Returns
We really hope you’re happy with your coffee and don’t have any need to return it! But if anything is wrong with your order, please let us know straight away, and we will arrange a return or exchange.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to our shops.
If something is incorrect with your order upon delivery, we will meet our legal obligations regarding refunds and returns. We do not typically offer refunds because something isn’t to your taste or you’ve changed your mind. However, if quality standards are not met, please contact us at team@geniuscoffee.co.uk, and we will find a solution for you.
We have the utmost confidence in all the products we offer. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product you have received, please contact us to discuss the matter, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us, and we will let you know if the change is possible. If it is, we will inform you about any adjustments to the price, timing of supply, or other relevant details. You can then confirm whether you wish to proceed with the change.
Quality Concerns
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our coffee, and it should reach you in the best possible state. When you receive your order, please remove all external wrapping, check that the coffee bags are undamaged, and ensure that the correct products have been supplied in the right quantities. If you’re unhappy with what you find, please call us and, if possible, email pictures to team@geniuscoffee.co.uk – we will do our best to put things right.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging as received.
Consumable goods, such as coffee, cannot be returned unless there is a specific fault. If you're not satisfied with your coffee, please reach out to us at team@geniuscoffee.co.uk, and we'll do our best to resolve any concerns.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
